Story Consultant: Steve Storm and the Act One Program

Steve Storm is a veteran story consultant who serves with the Act One Program in Hollywood.. A graduate of USC's School of Television and Cinema, Steve has spent over 20 years as a story consultant helping clients build tightly crafted entertainment experiences across a variety of platforms.

Much appreciation and thank you to Steve Storm for his contribution as story consultant on the Shred Games story. I have been very privileged to work him. He took me on as a total novice originally, and we stayed at it. Steve has an uncanny ability to focus and to catch the spots in the storyline where there are inconsistencies or disconnects. I don't know how he does it. It's like he questions everything. But he drove it home with me as a writer until the logic and relationships in the story became very rich. The world of our story and the characters are very imaginative, so it took time to accomplish that richness. I remember Steve questioned Eracer,'s "eracer finger." I had to go back and write in a full explanation of how Eracer's prosthetic index finger worked, including what it's limitations were.

Steve actually was the one who pushed for the name "Shred Games." too.

Steve's work with the Act One Program in Hollywood gives him a unique opportunity to combine his gift for spiritual nurturing with his extensive story training to help many talented alumni succeed in their creative pursuits.
