Story consultant: Mike Hill of Alien Workshop

Story consultant Mike Hill is the co-founder and creative force behind the remarkably influential Alien Workshop Skateboards. Since 1991, Mike has released a series of artistic skate videos, including the short film series, "Life Splicing."

So grateful to Mike for the hours of story consulting on what has become "Shred Games: "The Legend of Kid Z'" - the Podcast Series. And thank you, Mike, for the years of friendship.

Mike brings a unique authenticity to the world of the Shred Games story. He sculpted the original paper mache "RV" sculpture which  was the original inspiration for the Shred Games storyline. The  sculpture is iconic and has appeared in skate-art shows internationally.

All the way back in 2013, a group of us did a Kickstarter with the goal of developing an indie animated film. What a lot of twists and turns that project has taken until finally Shred Games has come to life as an audio fiction production quality podcast series. Mike is a very insightful person and it was a joy brainstorming with him. Mike provided much of the creative choreography behind Kid Z's stunts. Every "unicycle stunt" originated from the world of skateboarding.
